In early 2025, we launched Walmart’s “Who knew?” reappraisal campaign, starring Walton Goggins. It was a huge success in shifting perception and driving business results, but we all quietly wondered what that would look like during Walmart’s most important shopping season.

How would we get holiday shoppers to turn to Walmart for exciting brands, speedy gift delivery, and the best Black Friday deals?
Then we realized –– maybe it’s not a “how.” Maybe it’s a Who.
